The Challenge
Brandecation had built a strong reputation in corporate training and incentive programs for the powersports industry. But their digital tooling told a different story: disconnected systems, off-the-shelf LMS software that couldn’t flex to their model, and no unified platform for the suite of services they were selling.
They needed a platform that could handle training (LMS), sales incentives (SPIFFs), rebate management, sponsorship programs, and contingency tracking. All branded. All under one roof. Nothing on the market did that.

How we built it
We designed and built a unified platform from scratch. Training content, reward programs, rebate management, sponsorship tools, and contingency tracking all in one system. Five product verticals, one codebase, one branded experience.
Built a learning management system tailored to the powersports industry. Branded course modules with progress tracking, certifications, and searchable libraries. Dealers train at their own pace; brands get real-time completion data.
Created the SPIFF/Rewards system from the ground up. Sales incentives across multiple product lines, transparent tracking for dealership salespeople, and leaderboards that actually motivate. Compensation automated, not spreadsheet-managed.
Real-time dashboards for dealer progress, course activity, incentive tracking, and user engagement. The kind of actionable data that turns a training program from a cost center into a revenue driver.
