Services

Every instrument on the table.

Web, brand, photography and commerce, built by the same hands that ran the discovery call. Years of partnership, not one-off projects; a hand-picked team, not a vendor relationship dressed up as one.

Web design & development .

Sites and apps that age well.

Sites built on modern architecture, sized to your team and built to scale. No templates, no page builders, no inherited tech debt. Every project runs on Jamstack, designed for speed, security and stability across the globe.

  • 01

    Marketing sites

Editorial pacing, considered type and real photography. Built to earn the click and the click after that.

  • 02

    Web applications

Schedulers, portals and dashboards. Custom interfaces on top of a fast, secure stack, without the SaaS bloat.

  • 03

    Headless rebuilds

Migrate off WordPress or Webflow without losing SEO. Faster, safer and easier for the team that owns it to update.

  • 04

    Site care

An ongoing partnership after launch. Performance audits, quarterly polish and monitoring that catches problems before users do.

Good for

Teams whose next site needs to last more than eighteen months. Founders rebuilding ahead of a raise. Companies outgrowing the CMS that got them here.

Brand identity .

An identity that does the work.

Logo, type, color and voice, the foundation everything else stands on. We can sharpen what you already have, or start from scratch for a full redesign. The aim is a kit a small team can run with for years, not a 200-page guideline that ends up in a Drive folder no one opens.

  • 01

    Brand strategy

Positioning, audience and the one thing only you can credibly say. The work that makes the design easy.

  • 02

    Identity systems

Logo, typography, color and motion. A working kit, not a ceremonial one.

  • 03

    Voice & messaging

How the brand sounds across the page, the inbox, the pitch deck and the room.

  • 04

    Brand refresh

When the work is good but the wrapper is dated. We bring the surface up to where the business already is.

Good for

Businesses whose work has gotten ahead of their wrapper. Companies stepping into a second act. Founders with a real point of view and nowhere on the page that proves it.

Photography .

Real images of real people.

On-location shoots for the businesses and people behind the brand. Stock photography is forbidden, that is the entire point. NJ and Ithaca on home turf, travel for paid gigs anywhere a flight goes.

  • 01

    Brand & team portraits

Founders, faces and hands at work. Color-true, generous in light, never a posed grin in front of a brick wall.

  • 02

    Workshops & events

Documentary coverage of the moments worth keeping. We get out of the way and bring back the story.

  • 03

    Product photography

On a set or on a table. Flat lay, in context or in motion, whatever the product actually does for someone.

  • 04

    Editorial assignments

Long-form essays and profile shoots for publications and brands that take the page seriously.

Good for

Sites still leaning on stock. Teams refreshing the About page before a launch. Founders who quietly hate every photo of themselves so far.

E-commerce & CMS .

Sell things. Publish freely.

Shopify, Stripe, Snipcart and a headless CMS so the team can ship copy without calling a developer. Already set up and ready for a better look or smarter checkout? We will take it from there. Just jumping in? We will cannonball in with you.

  • 01

    Shopify storefronts

Custom themes, tasteful templates and a healthy suspicion of every app in the marketplace.

  • 02

    Subscriptions & memberships

Recurring billing built for the business model, not the SaaS playbook. Sane upgrades, sane cancellations.

  • 03

    Headless CMS

Storyblok-first, with editorial workflows the writers will actually use and previews that match production.

  • 04

    Migrations & redirects

From legacy CMS or static HTML, with SEO and link equity intact. The kind of move no one notices, which is the goal.

Good for

Teams ready to stop calling a developer to change a headline. Stores outgrowing a templated theme. Editors who need preview to actually match production.

How we work

Patience is the proof.

Four steps, in plain English. No discovery decks, no urgency theatre, no countdowns. The pacing of the work feels like the kind of partner you would want for a year, because that is the work.

  1. 01

    Listen

A working call, not a discovery deck. We learn the business, the people, the deadline and what failure looks like. If it is not the right fit, we say so.

  2. 02

    Frame

A short proposal that names the work, the team, the timeline and the price. One document, not five. Yours to keep either way.

  3. 03

    Build

A hand-picked team, designer, developer, photographer, whoever the project actually needs, with the founder on every call. Weekly demos, no proxy account managers.

  4. 04

    Tend

Launch is the start, not the end. We keep showing up: performance, content, new features and a steady hand on the surface as the business changes underneath it.

The stack

Best-in-class instruments. Boring on purpose.

Every tool here earns its keep. We pick what stays out of the team’s way after launch, not what plays well in a sales deck.

What clients say

Real outcomes from real partnerships.

Peter brought our vision to life in a perfectly functional, modern, and elegant way that frequently receives high-marks from visitors and makes our entire team incredibly proud. We’ve worked with many developers over the years, and honestly have never had the level of collaboration, savvy, overall smoothness, and, dare I say, fun as we’ve experienced working with Peter.
Mark Barker
Co-Founder, Strategy Lead, Craft & Commerce
I’ve been very impressed with Peter’s creativity, programming skills, and the quality of his work. Plus, one of the benefits of his small-company size is his ability to turn projects and requests around quickly. Peter is also a super-nice guy who’s easy to work with and extremely flexible and accommodating.
Fred Hafer Jr
President, Omnitech Automation
The website that Peter created for me is beautiful! I am extremely pleased with how each page on the site represents me and my brand. I saw a 50% increase in my revenue the year the site went up, and I highly recommend Peter for any business owner that needs a website.
LeDerick Horne
Public speaker
Peter did a great job putting together our website. He followed a structured approach to the design, and was very responsive to feedback. He has also been available for post-project support as needed. We are very happy with the result and wouldn’t hesitate recommend Peter to other potential clients.

Honest answers

A few things people ask before they ask anything else.

How big is the team?
One founder, a curated collective of designers, developers, photographers and writers we trust. Each project gets the people it actually needs, never a static team padded out for hours.
What does a typical engagement look like?
A six- to twelve-week build, then an ongoing partnership. The longest retainer on the roster is eight years and counting; we are built for that, not for one-and-done.
What does it cost?
Most projects land between $30K and $90K, with retainers from $4K a month. We send a real number with a real timeline before either of us commits.
Will you work with our existing brand or stack?
Often, yes. We can sharpen what is there, migrate it carefully, or rebuild from scratch, whichever serves the business, not the studio’s portfolio.

Ready?

Let’s build something worth keeping.
